PUNCH CARD REFUND POLICY
No refunds on punch cards once purchased, un-punched cards will be left on file indefinitely. If you reserve space on our boat, then cancel, and we have turned business away due to that reservation, you may lose a punch from your card if we cannot re-book your space. Dives canceled by Horizon Divers due to weather or mechanical problems will be fully refunded to punch card.

NIGHT DIVE REFUND POLICY
We need at least 6 divers for a night dive. If a night dive is canceled due to the minimum not being met your card will not be punched. Dives canceled by Horizon Divers due to weather or mechanical problems will be fully refunded to punch card.

NO-SHOW POLICY
If you have reserved space on our boat with a credit card and fail to show, or cancel within 24 hours of the reservation, a No-Show charge of $25 per person will be applied to your card. No shows for dive instruction reservations will be charged $100 per student at the start time of the class.

GROUP AND WHOLE-BOAT CHARTER POLICY
Horizon Divers must receive notice of cancellation of dive service in writing more than 60 days in advance in order to receive full refund. Cancellations made 60 days or less in advance will be refunded if the spaces are re-sold. Boat trips cancelled by Horizon Divers due to unfavorable circumstances will be refunded. No refunds will be made for seasickness, excessive partying, or unused equipment (including tanks). Cancellations of rooms are subject to the policies of the individual hotels. Horizon Divers must cancel the rooms that were booked through Horizon Divers.
